Sophomore Nate Kerr pitched a career-high five and two-thirds scoreless innings in relief at George Fox to earn his third straight win. He was instrumental in the Pioneers earning the 9-6 win on Sunday, as the Bruins were up 5-0 when he entered the game in the second inning. Kerr gave up only one hit and struck out three Bruins while walking three to become the first pitcher to earn three wins this season.
