Senior goalkeeper Anna Ingadottir opened the women’s soccer season with back-to-back career performances. The Garðabær, Iceland, native tallied a personal-best nine saves in Friday’s 1-1 draw against UW-Oshkosh and followed it with 10 saves on Sunday against Chapman, resetting her career high for the second straight game. Ingadottir faced 41 shots over the weekend, nearly matching two-thirds of her workload in the first six games from last season, and has now posted nine or more saves in consecutive games for the first time in her career.
