Tyler McFarland has averaged 25 minutes off the bench in the last three games. McFarland shot a perfect 4-4 from the field, including 2-2 from long range against Douglas on New Year's Eve. He finished with ten points, six rebounds, and five assists. At Whitworth on Friday night, he scored 15 points, a personal high in a Pioneer uniform. McFarland tied his NCAA career-high for threes made against the Pirates, shooting 3-7 from beyond the arc. He crossed 400 career points scored in his five seasons in the NCAA with his last basket against Whitworth. The next night at Whitman, the grad student racked up nine points and pulled down five rebounds.
