Eric Norman won six total races (four individual events and as a member of two relays) over the weekend. On Friday, Norman led the Pioneers to a team win at Willamette. He won the 200 Yard IM by almost three seconds in a time of 2:05.00. Norman then won the 200 Yard Backstroke, touching the wall in 2:05.16. The 400 Yard Free Relay team of Norman, Zach Martin, Aidan Ringel, and Michael Spicer beat the Bearcats quartet by over nine seconds with a time of 3:27.49. On Saturday, Norman led the Pioneers to their first team win against Puget Sound in over a decade. He posted a time of 4:42.34 in the 400 Yard IM and then won the 100 Yard Back with a time of 55.84, nearly three seconds ahead of the runner-up. Norman, Ringel, Martin, and Micah Rysavy won the 200 Yard Free Relay against the Loggers, with Martin anchoring the team and touching the wall in 1:31.35.
