Lewis & Clark College

Freshman setter Ruby Kuerschner made her college debut on Friday against Illinois Tech and recorded her first double-double as a Pioneer. She dished out 35 assists and 12 digs to lead Lewis & Clark to a five-set win over the Scarlett Hawks. She added three kills and two aces in her debut.  

In four matches last weekend, Kuerschner had 86 assists, 27 digs, nine aces, and six kills. She had 20 assists or more in three matches to help the Pioneers go 2-2 in their opening weekend at the Pacific Coast Classic. In the match against Nebraska Wesleyan, Kuerschner had 20 assists, three aces, and three kills.
