- Lewis & Clark's offensive display in game one was one for the ages. Their 27 runs are the most in program history since 1978 when the Pioneers defeated Portland State's JV team 29-2. The NCAA does not count games against JV competition as official contests so the 27 runs are an official single-game record.Ā
- Yanagi finished the day 5-8 with five runs, four RBI and two doubles. She recorded a career-high three hits and four runs scored in game one.Ā
- Game one's offensive fireworks also saw the Pioneers set the program record for most total combined runs in a game (36 ā had been 31). It was the team's largest win margin since 2016, when Lewis & Clark swept a doubleheader against Walla Walla University 23-1 and 23-3. The Pioneers 27 runs in a conference game were their most ever, surpassing the team's 19 runs scored against Puget Sound on March 1, 2014 (19-4).
- Ozuna's five hits in game one are tied for the second-most hits in a single-game by any NCAA DIII player this season. Her two doubles in game one moved her into a four-way tie with Emily Drevdahl (2019 season), Hannah Dal Pra (2016) and Carol DeVincenzi (2011) with 12 doubles in a single-season.Ā
- The Pioneers 27 runs in game one are tied for the fifth-most by an DIII team this season. Lewis & Clark's 22 hits are tied for 16th-most. Both totals are the most by an NWC team this season.Ā
