NOTABLES 
  • Enjoyed one of the best seasons of her career as a junior 
  • Notched top-15 marks in program history in all five events she competed in and registered top-eight times in four events 
  • Competed in 11 meets during her junior campaign 
  • Opened the season by winning the Mile in a PR time of 5:13.80 (third in program history) and helping the 4x400M Relay (4:34.45) finish third overall at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet 
  • Won the 800M (2:17.01) and helped the 4x400M Relay (4:07.62) place third overall at the Ed Boitano Invitational 
  • Earned All-Conference honors in all three events (800M, 1,500M, 4x400M) she competed in at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet 
  • Recorded a PR time in the 1,500M (4:38.57) at NWCs to finish second overall 
  • Helped the 4x400M Relay Team (3:58.35) run the second-fastest time in program history at NWCs
  • Broke her own program record in the 800M (2:11.17) and set a PR in the 5K (18:28.73) at the Portland Twilight Meet on May 10 
  • Enters her senior season as a nine-time All-Region selection and 11 All-Conference honoree

NOTABLES 
  • Put together a fantastic sophomore season that saw her finish the Northwest Conference Championship Meet as the only Pioneer to earn All-Conference accolades in three events 
  • Set the program record in two individual events and was a part of three relay teams that registered program-record times 
  • Posted program-record times indoors in the 800M (2:16.73), 4x400M Relay (4:07.08) and Distance Medley Relay (12:30.02) over the two-day Whitworth Indoor Invitational
  • Finished the indoor season 49th in the country in the 800M and first in the West Region 
  • Defeated a field of 40 athletes in the 800M (2:15.63) at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational on April 13 
  • Finished in the top-three in all three of her events at the NWC Championship Meet including helping break a 37-year program record in the 4x400M Relay (3:58.07) 
  • Broke the 800M outdoor record that had stood for 18 years, when she ran a 2:13.31 at the Oregon Twilight Meet to finish third overall 
  • Enters her junior season as a seven-time All-Conference and All-Region honoree between cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field

  • Made her collegiate track & field debut on January 22 at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet
  • Set the program record for indoor track & field in the 4x400M relay (4:19.80) and the Distance Medley Relay (12:39.09) 
  • Earned All-Conference honors in both the 800M (2nd place) and heptathlon (3rd place) 
  • Posted a top-50 mark in all 12 events she competed in during her freshman campaign 
  • Finished the outdoor track & field season 55th in NCAA DIII in the heptathlon and 78th in the 800M 
At Lewis & Clark: Member of the cross country team ... Worked as a Rogers Research Summer Intern over the summer of her junior year and serves as a tutor for Cellular Biology and Molecular Biology. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Northfield High School … Competed for the Hustle Track Club … Named the cross country Team MVP as a sophomore and senior … Earned All-City honors in cross country as a junior and senior and qualified for the State Championship meet two times (sophomore and senior year) … Led her team to a track & field League Championship … Won the League Title in the 400M twice (junior and senior), the high jump (junior year), triple jump and sprint medley relay (senior year) … Qualified for the State Championship Meet in six events including twice for the 400M and high jump … Member of the National Honors Society, National Arts Honors Society and Principal's Honor Roll. 

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because I liked the smaller class sizes, liberal arts approach to education, and the beautiful campus.
