• Earned a starting role at first base halfway through the season.
• Was second on the team with 150 putouts and added two assists for a .993 fielding percentage.
• Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 21 in game one against Pacific Lutheran when he hit his first career home run down the right field line in the seventh inning.
• Earned his first career start in game two against Chapman on Mar. 8, going 2-4 with two RBI.
• Went 2-4 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in game two at Linfield on May 2.
• Posted a career-high 13 putouts at Linfield on May 3.

 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Colfax High School ... Played baseball and football ... Named the Male Athlete of the Year and Valedictorian as a senior ... Earned Team MVP honors of the baseball team as a senior ... Carved out a spot on the All-Pioneer Valley League Baseball First Team as a junior and senior ... Led the Pioneer Valley League in home runs and slugging percentage as a junior ... Tabbed to the Sac-Bee All-Metro Second Team and California Medium School All-Star Team as a junior ... Led his team to the Pioneer Valley League Title as a sophomore ... Named to the All-Pioneer Valley League First Team in football as a senior. 

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because of the opportunity to pursue both academics and athletics. I was drawn to the campus, but mostly the baseball program and the culture of hard work, development, and team success.
