Daniel Gradison joined the Lewis & Clark men's soccer coaching staff ahead of the 2025 season. The 2026 season will mark his second year working with the program. 

During the 2025 season, Gradison helped Lewis & Clark post a program record three ties in a single-season and continue to take steps forward. The program set a single-season record with a 2.60 goals against average and held opponents to two goals or fewer in 11 contests. Men's soccer notched two ties in conference play, a new program record, including a 4-4 comeback tie against Linfield University on October 12 that saw the team erase a 3-0 deficit. 
 
Gradison joins Lewis & Clark after getting his start in high school and club soccer. He currently serves as a Head Coach and Age Group Coordinator for Oregon Premier FC and Willamette United FC. In his role he works with U9-U19 boys and girls in the Portland Metro Area, and for the 2024-2025 league season, Daniel won the OYSA Boys Competitive Coach of the Year Award. He also holds a position as a Portland Timbers Discovery Program Staffer, where he helps identify youth players for the Portland Timbers Pre-MLS Academy. 
 
Prior to these roles, Gradison worked as an Olympic Development Program Head Coach with the Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) and served as a varsity assistant coach and junior varsity head coach at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis.
