Senior linebacker Connor Hilberg recovered two critical fumbles and recorded two tackles, including a punishing 13-yard sack, in his final game as a Pioneer. His most impactful play came in the second quarter when Hilberg capitalized on fellow senior Logan Herman's backfield tackle by quickly pouncing on the loose ball to regain possession. The Pioneers scored their second touchdown on the next drive for a 14-0 lead.
