Lewis & Clark College

Junior Sam Gunderson scored his second collegiate goal against Linfield, cutting Lewis & Clark’s deficit to 3-1 just after halftime. He finished with three shots on goal in 63 minutes and was one of three River Otters with multiple shots. Lewis & Clark played a through ball toward Alex Woods just outside the penalty area, where Linfield goalkeeper Jacob Toves collided with Woods while poking the ball toward the sideline. Gunderson kept the ball in play and scored from more than 40 yards out into the open net.
