2025 Indoor Season Best Marks
 
Mile: 4:17.44 – Portland Indoor #2, February 9 – 3^rd in program history

NOTABLES 

• Earned his first career track & field All-Conference honors and posted top-six marks in program history in three of his four events 
• Competed in nine meets during his sophomore season 
• Placed top-11 in all 10 of his races and sixth or better nine times 
• Finished fourth overall and ran a PR time in the Mile (4:17.44) at the Portland Indoor #2 Meet
• Recorded a second-place finish in the 5K (15:13.16) at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invite 
• Placed third overall in the 10K (30:42.08) to earn All-Conference honors at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Added a fourth-place finish in the 5K (14:48.37) at NWCs to finish the meet with 11 points across two races

2023-24 Indoor Season Best Marks
 
5,000M: 14:52.57 – 2023 Spokane Invitational, December 9 - 2nd in program history

NOTABLES 

• Competed in six meets during his first track & field season 
• Made his collegiate track & field debut on December 9 when he ran the second-fastest indoor 5K time in program history and took first place with a time of 14:52.57 at the 2023 Spokane Invitational 
• Raced in outdoor track for the first time on March 30 at the Pacific Open when he crossed the line in 4:09.18 in the 1,500M 
• Placed sixth at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet in the 5K (14:56.41) to earn points for the Pioneers

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Earth Systems Science ... Member of the cross country team.

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Mountain View High School … Named the Male Athlete of the Year for his high school as a senior … Earned the Track & Field MVP award as a junior and senior and the Cross Country MVP as a senior … Won the Coaches Award for cross country as a junior … Both his mother and father ran cross country and track & field at Trinity College. 

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because I felt comfortable when I visited campus. It felt like the perfect distance from home and had the kind of academic and athletic environment I was looking for.
