• Competed in 10 meets during his junior campaign  
• Posted a top-five mark in program history in the 600M and finished 11^th overall at the University of Portland Indoor #2 on February 8 
• Placed seventh in the 800M and helped the 4x400M Relay team finish fifth overall at the Eldon & Chuck Throwdown on March 7 
• Finished 11^th in the 800M and pushed the 4x400M Relay team to a fourth-place showing on March 21 at the L&C Electric Forest Open 
• Closed out his season by posting a season-best time in the 5K to finish 48^th overall at the Portland Twilight Meet on May 9

Mile: 4:42.81 – Portland Indoor #2, February 9 – 26^th in program history  

NOTABLES 

• Competed in 12 meets during his sophomore campaign
• Made his season debut on January 25 at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet when he placed 17^th in the Mile (4:46.73) 
• Finished 14^th in the 800M (2:03.01) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team place fifth overall (3:44.69) at the L&C Electric Forest Open on March 8 
• Placed 29^th in the 800M (2:02.93) and was a member of the 4x400M Relay Team (3:23.45) that posted the 50^th-fastest time in program history at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational on April 19 
• Finished 22^nd overall in the 800M (2:02.72) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team finish eighth overall (3:27.93) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet

• Competed in six meets during his first collegiate track & field season 
• Made his collegiate track & field debut on February 4 when he ran the Mile at the Portland Indoor #2 Meet
• Posted a season-best mark in the 1,500M on March 16 at the L&C Electric Forest Collegiate Open 
• Closed out his first track & field season with a season-best time in the 800M at the Portland Twilight Meet on May 4 

At Lewis & Clark: Member of the cross country team. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Prepatory School … Won the Most Dedicated/Outstanding Teammate twice (once for cross country and once for track & field) … Named the Most Improved Varsity Runner for both cross country and track & field.
