Tyler Epefanio joins the Lewis & Clark coaching staff ahead of the 2026 season. He is a wide receiver specialist with playing and coaching experience across the high school, collegiate, and NFL level.

A native of Nine Mile Falls, Washington, Epefanio played at Lakeside High School, where he was recognized as one of the top 150 high school football players in the Northwest. He continued his collegiate career at Eastern Washington University (NCAA Division I FCS), Whitworth University (NCAA Division III), and Willamette University (NCAA Division III).

Over the course of his four seasons at Willamette, he recorded 34 catches for 529 yards and five receiving touchdowns and tacked on 580 kickoff return yards. Epefanio led the Bearcats with 24 catches, 337 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 2024. He served one season as a captain at Willamette.Â

Epefanio’s coaching experience includes serving as the wide receivers coach at the Oregon All-State Game, assistant wide receivers coach at Willamette University, wide receivers coach for the 808 Pro Bowl Girls Flag Football team, offensive coordinator for Team Motion 7-on-7 in O?ahu, Hawai?i, offensive coordinator for Team Alpha Football’s 7-on-7 program in Portland, Oregon, and wide receivers coach at the Under Armour Next All-America Camp.
