LEXINGTON, Ky.—Lewis & Clark College volleyball earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the second consecutive year and the fourth time in program history, the AVCA announced Thursday.
The award marks the second time the program has been recognized under head coach Erin Labasan.
To qualify for the award, a team must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 throughout the academic year. Lewis & Clark was among five Northwest Conference schools to earn this recognition, alongside Pacific Lutheran University, the University of Puget Sound, Whitman College and Willamette University.
Nine Lewis & Clark student-athletes were also named to the 2025-26 Northwest Conference Scholar-Athlete Team after earning a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year.
