PORTLAND, Ore. – Lewis & Clark College women's volleyball has released its 2026 schedule, featuring 24 matches, including nine at Pamplin Sports Center and a 16-match Northwest Conference slate. The River Otters will compete in two multi-team tournaments, including one in Rochester, New York.

The season unofficially begins on Sunday, Aug. 30, when Lewis & Clark hosts NAIA Pacific Union College at noon in an exhibition match.

The River Otters officially open the season at the Oregon Trail Classic with three matches. On Friday, Sept. 4, Lewis & Clark faces Augsburg University at 11:30 a.m. and Nebraska Wesleyan University at 2 p.m., with both matches in McMinnville. The tournament concludes Saturday, Sept. 5, with a 1 p.m. match against Hamline University in Forest Grove. Augsburg and Hamline compete in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and finished sixth and eighth, respectively, last season. Nebraska Wesleyan placed fifth in the American Rivers Conference.

Lewis & Clark travels to Rochester, New York, for the UR Invitational on Sept. 11-12, where it will face three opponents for the first time in program history. The River Otters open against Clarkson University at 1 p.m. Pacific and Penn College at 3 p.m. Pacific on Friday, Sept. 11. On Saturday, Sept. 12, Lewis & Clark takes on host University of Rochester at 8 a.m. Pacific before facing Alfred University at 10 a.m. Pacific. Alfred is the only team in the field that Lewis & Clark has previously faced, having earned a 3-0 victory over the Saxons in 2023.

Northwest Conference play begins Tuesday, Sept. 15, when Lewis & Clark hosts Pacific University at 7 p.m. in its official home opener.

The River Otters then embark on a three-match road stretch, opening with matches at Whitman College in Walla Walla on Friday, Sept. 18, and co-NWC regular-season champion Whitworth University in Spokane on Saturday, Sept. 19. The trip concludes with a match at Linfield University in McMinnville on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Lewis & Clark returns home for three conference matches in early October, hosting the University of Puget Sound on Friday, Oct. 2, Pacific Lutheran University on Saturday, Oct. 3, and George Fox University on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Puget Sound shared the NWC regular-season title last year, while Pacific Lutheran won the NWC Tournament championship as the No. 3 seed.

The River Otters travel to Willamette University in Salem on Saturday, Oct. 10, and Pacific University in Forest Grove on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Lewis & Clark then returns to Pamplin Sports Center for three matches, hosting Whitworth on Friday, Oct. 16, Whitman on Saturday, Oct. 17, and Linfield on Friday, Oct. 23.

The road portion of the schedule concludes with matches at Pacific Lutheran in Tacoma on Friday, Oct. 30, Puget Sound in Tacoma on Saturday, Oct. 31, and George Fox in Newberg on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
