Piper Curry played in her first three games of the season over the last week. Against Willamette on Saturday, she posted a career-high 19 points on 7-10 shooting and 4-5 from beyond the arc. Curry followed that performance up with her first double-double of her career, scoring ten points and pulling down a career-high 17 boards against Warner Pacific. In three games this season, Curry has nearly doubled her point total from a year ago and has already matched her rebound total. She finished with 21 points and 27 rebounds in 115 minutes as a freshman and has racked up 37 points and 31 rebounds in 103 minutes in the last week.
