Senior Elijah McGee led the team with a pair of touchdowns, including the game-winning score in football’s 37-31 double-overtime victory over George Fox. McGee caught the first of his three passes on 3rd and three on the Bruins 30-yard line for 20 yards at the 10:46 mark in the 4th quarter. He scored his first touchdown on a 16-yard pass from Trey Morris with 4:12 left in regulation to pull the Pios within 28-25 after a successful two-point conversion. Morris connected with McGee on 2nd and 10 in the second overtime on a short pass to the right flat, and the wide receiver broke multiple tackles to take it in for the 25-yard game-winning touchdown that secured the Pioneers second ever-win over George Fox and the first since 1946.
